The NAB has more than 50 years in Japan and we are responding to the (March 2011) crisis through our missionaries and associated relief agencies. The NAB has already responded and continues to respond with emergency relief funds that are received through our churches. Within 24 hours of the catastrophe our rescue and relief teams from Baptist World Aid were on the ground. We work directly with BWAid including annual meetings each January. We continue to receive reports of their relief efforts and the needs for funds. We have already forwarded money and will continue to do so through our missionaries and associated relief agencies.
